After rigorous inspections and company-wide audits, we’re delighted to announce we have been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 27001:2013 for security management practices and Cyber Essentials, for covering the core principles of cyber security outlined by the cyber essentials scheme.

The ISO is an international standard-setting body composed of representatives and experts from various national standards organisations. The non-governmental body develops standards to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of products, services, and systems.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard dedicated to Quality Management Systems (QMS). The standard is based on several quality management principles, including having a strong customer focus, involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and ongoing improvement. To achieve this certification, we completed a thorough analysis of our business processes as well as our service quality environments. Achieving this certification demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving our processes and overall performance and consistently meet our clients needs.

Phase 3 are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the increasingly stringent requirements for data security. As a result of this, the ISO also awarded us with ISO 27001:2013 certification, which is an internationally recognised set of information security standards. This certification recognises the efforts made by Phase 3 to protect the information assets of our customers, employees and our business to the highest standards.

Alongside our certifications from the ISO, the government backed certification, Cyber Essentials, recognised the strong systems and processes Phase 3 have in place to ensure the business is guarded against the most common online threats. Our Cyber Essentials certification demonstrates to all our clients that we have a commitment to adequate security measures to ensure data security across the board.

Throughout our inspection, the auditor for Cyber Essentials was unable to identify any areas of non-compliance.

“I am extremely proud of the team and our achievements, our hard work to achieve these internationally recognised certifications has paid off. They prove our commitment to ensuring quality and providing the best possible service to our clients. Our customers now have complete assurance that our services operate to the highest standard. We look forward to keeping the momentum going!” James Proctor, Director of Consulting & Services.

All 3 of these certifications validate Phase 3’s desire for continuous improvement and our dedication to customer satisfaction.
